Hi,

I am Neha Bhosale-Founder -Learning and Development at Skillsgenix which was established in Sept 2019 with a vision to empower individuals with the soft skills for the personal and professional excellence. 

I bring together 15+years experience in training, academics, placements, Psychmetric career aptitude tests,career guidance,Caeer Counselling  and people development to create practical and meaningful learning experiences. 

My career journey started with the NIIT as a career counselor , where I guided students and professionals to choose the right career path to pursue careers in IT field. As I moved in my career , I had an opportunity to work abroad with the orgnisation such as Gedas UK Ltd,Dorset healthcare NHS Trust in training and development.

After coming back to India ,  education Industry was always my true pursuit and had an opportunity to be with the management and academic institutes such as International School of Business and media,Institute of Business studies and research, DIMR and Ryan international School in various capacities for academic,administration and placement roles to train students on corporate life skills and employability skills for the job placements.

 As I kept on improving my skill set for L & D domain, I undertook various certifications to excel in this field, however it was my inner voice to help people  to recognise their true potential, and develop their abilities to move towards their goals with gretaer confidence and clarity . 

With this thought Skillsgenix was founded in Sept 2019,During Corona Virus Pandemic,many indivudual got benefitted from our one one one sesions,career aptitude tests and counseliing , and eqipped them with necessary skill set. 

Furthetmore ,I kept on learning , connecting and focused on  work , and in last 5 years more than 100+individuals were trained at our training centre apart from on campus trainings successfully on Spoken English,Interpersonal communication,Employability skills,Emotional Intelligence and have exceled their professional careers.

I realised that many capable individuals have the knowledge and potential to succeed but may struggle with communication, confidence, interpersonal effectiveness, interviews or workplace interactions.

My missions as a mentor is to create a learning environment where individuals feel comfortable, encouraged and empowered to work on themselves. 

I believe every individual has the potential, but potential needs the right direction, practice and encouragement to translate into performance,and I don't beleive  in a one-size-fits-all approach to training.  

My focus is to understand their unique needs and provide practical guidance, personalised feedback and continuous mentoring to help them make meaningful progress.
