  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, induction sessions, and system setup coordination.

2. Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, provide guidance, and foster a supportive workplace culture.

3. HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs for timely processing.
  • Draft HR letters such as offer letters, experience certificates, and salary slips.

4. Policy Implementation:

  • Support the communication and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in periodic policy updates and ensure employee awareness and compliance.

5. Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training programs by identifying needs, scheduling sessions, and managing feedback.
  • Maintain records of training attendance and employee skill development progress.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements.
